Required regulatory and producer disclosures
Licensing
X100 Insurance Services, LLC is a licensed insurance producer (agency) doing business in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Our National Producer Number (NPN) and state license numbers are available upon request at compliance@x100insurance.com or via the NAIC's licensee lookup at nipr.com.
California residents
X100 Insurance Services, LLC California License #0X100XX. Doing business in California as "X100 Insurance Services."
Producer compensation
X100 receives commissions from the insurance carriers that issue policies through our agency. Commission rates vary by carrier and product, generally between 8% and 18% of premium. X100 may also receive contingent or supplemental compensation tied to volume, profitability, or growth. Detailed compensation disclosures for any specific transaction are available upon written request.
Carrier appointments
X100 places coverage with insurance carriers licensed in your state and rated A- or better by A.M. Best. We do not guarantee coverage with any specific carrier; placement is determined by underwriting eligibility.
Surplus lines disclosure
For risks not eligible for the standard admitted market, X100 may place coverage in the surplus lines market through a licensed surplus lines broker. Surplus lines insurers are not subject to the financial solvency regulation and enforcement that applies to admitted carriers, and policies are not protected by a state guaranty fund.
Fraud warnings (state-specific)
Insurance fraud is a crime. Any person who knowingly and with intent to defraud any insurance company or other person files an application for insurance or statement of claim containing materially false information, or conceals for the purpose of misleading information concerning any material fact, commits a fraudulent insurance act. Penalties may include fines, denial of insurance benefits, civil damages, and criminal prosecution. State-specific fraud warning language is included in each policy form.
Privacy notice (GLBA)
Pursuant to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and applicable state insurance privacy regulations, X100 provides each policyholder with an annual privacy notice describing our information practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Complaints and filing a claim
Complaints regarding the Services or any insurance product placed by X100 should first be directed to compliance@x100insurance.com. You may also file a complaint with your state Department of Insurance. To file a claim, contact our 24/7 claims line at 1-800-555-0177 or claims@x100insurance.com.
